This page explains what information Kaizen Kids Bali collects through the sign-up form, why, and how it’s handled. Plain and simple.

What we collect

When you request a spot, we collect the details you enter: the parent’s name, email and WhatsApp number, the child’s first name and (optionally) age, the program you’re interested in, and any notes you choose to share (for example allergies or things that help your child settle in).

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your request — so Coach Liz can confirm your spot, answer questions, and arrange the session and payment. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t sell or share it.

Who can see it

Your request goes to Coach Liz at Kaizen Kids Bali. It is stored in a private database that is not visible to the public.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as needed to serve you and keep simple records of bookings. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
